, the big question is whether or not his defense attorneys will actually ask for this case and the charges to be dropped, and what the judge will say about that, or, if there's some other reason for them to meet. you know what, what we're learning is there are details that have come out about the accuser in this case, and her past, that even had the prosecution now asking questions about this woman. questions that this trial could hinge on, because she is their witness. the only way that they can really press sexual assault charges against dominic strauss-kahn is with her testimony, convincingly, so it has been said, by prosecutors up until now. will defense attorneys for dominic strauss-kahn then ask this judge to dismiss the charges based on the fact that the prosecution may or may not have enough evidence to go forward. we're watching this, that meeting is coming up, those manhattan prosecutors and defense lawyers, meeting in an office. as soon as we know what -- what has happened, we'll bring it to tower office. this is big news, this man lost his job behind the sexual assault charges

beginning to deal with all the grief here. incredible this country is not that big, only 5 million people, so such a massive attack has really taken its toll. as someone was telling me this morning, everybody knows somebody, that knows somebody or is related to them. the kids in the camp were womaning from all over the country. finally, jenna, it's very sad in so much of these parts the judge saying after tharbg the hearing waafter that, the hearing was closed and but he came out and talked a little bit about it. he said he was not interested in the number of people he had to kill, he just wanted to make a statement. he certainly did that. jenna: certainly indeed and sad as you say, greg. more developments as we get them from norway, greg burke, thank you. jon: we still have debt deadlock on capitol hill with the default deadline just eight days away now. congressional leaders are still struggling to hammer out some kind of a deal, one that would raise the limit on our nation's credit card while cutting trillions of dollars in spending. house speaker john boehner may unveil his own bill t

the verdict is in eventually, of course that is the big question, how soon that is going to come, afterwards the jurors who do want to participate in a public press conference, they will, and here is the room, this is a live feed from the axillary room. this was the overflow room during the trial, because every seat was always taken up every day of the six-week trial. this is where people from the media would go in there and watch the direct feed from the courtroom. it's now been converted to the jury post verdict news conference room. you can see the 12 jurors will know their seats by the placard, and whether they all show up or just half of them do, we don't know yet. that will be up to them. but it certainly will be a riveting and intriguing post-verdict news conference to find out how this jury comes to the conclusion that they are right now trying to come to. jon: if they come to one, let's hope it's not a hung jury. you showed us that video a minute ago of casey in court this morning, very animated, chatting with her attorney, but she also, i know, had an interesting reaction during cl
